Description
Pitt excuses the Prince's criticism that Pitt had not informed the Prince of his intended Regency measures, by stating that he had waited to be contacted by the Prince, and that the upcoming measure referred to the question of Right rather than the limitations to the proposed Regency. Regarding the Regency, Pitt discusses 'what portion of Royal authority ought to be given [to the Prince], and what ought to be witheld'.
