Description
Pitt states that 'the care of his Majesty's royal person and the management of his Majesty's Household and the direction and appointment of the officers and servants therin should be in the Queen'. Further limitations to the proposed Regency include granting the property of the King, granting any office in reversion, or granting a peerage to anyone except the King's royal issue.
