Description
Sinclair states that his opponents have 'carried on the contest with more art, keenness, and inveteracy, and in a manner more unfair and ungentlemanlike than anything of the kind I have ever witnessed', and suggests that William Pitt 'considers it as his own election'.
He refers to a 'certain political charlatan' who he hopes can be removed before a new parliament.
