Description
Frazer reports that due to 'unfeeling proprietors', many of the people are forced to emigrate, which threatens 'to deprive the nation of a hardy race of brave men'. Frazer requests to be able to present a memorial on this subject to George, Prince of Wales, and ask for his assistance on behalf of the people of the Isle of Mull.
