Description
The Duke praises the Prince's motives, but regarding his own actions states that 'I cannot place an implicit confidence in the persons who compose his Majesty's present Administration'. He discusses the similarities and differences between his opinions and those of [Charles James Fox], concerning France, and affirms Fox's confidence in the good sense of the people of England & in their attachment to the Constitution'.
