Seymour writes that the Duke of York, with the 14000 men Prince Cobourg has left at Tournai, is in danger of being cut off; and that Lord Moira will not land if Ypres is captured. He notes at the top of the letter that he has just heard that Ypres has been taken and the Duke of York is retiring. Written Saturday.
