DescriptionThe Prince states that G Clerfayt had refused to serve under Freytag, and describes the abilities of Count Wallmoden who is to become their commander. He states that the Duke [?of York] is more popular than previously, but that 'his misfortune is that he has no man with him who stops him when he goes too far'.
He requests that the Prince burn the letter after reading.
