Description
Seymour states that she feels 'such an immoderate degree of pride about Hugh that I cannot bear the Prince, trumpery as I think him, to have it in his power to hurt Hugh's feelings'. She also states that the 'Dutch Admiral has refus'd to follow the Commodore into the Sound...' which may refer to Payne.
