Moira writes that Mr Smith of Comb-Hay has petitioned to be Provincial Grand-Master for Somersetshire; and Mr Downing for Essex. Lord Corke is a further candidate for Somersetshire. Moira states that 'the poor Duke of Angoulême' accompanies him to Leicestershire.
