Tyrwhitt writes that Mr Barham believes that the [idea of a new administration] would be successful, and that Sir William Pultenery has accepted the office of Chancellor of the Exchequer. Tyrwhitt also refers to his interactions with Mr Skinner, and the sale of the estate [?of Oakhampton]; and Mr Sturt's conduct.
