| Description | This collection consists almost entirely of letters to and from Lord Liverpool, mostly with royal connections. Robert Banks Jenkinson, 2nd Earl of Liverpool, KG, PC, FRS (7 June 1770 – 4 December 1828) was an English politician and Prime Minister (1812–1827). The collection also includes a letter from his father, the 1st Earl Liverpool (GEO/ADD/15/8130) and at least one letter addressed to the 2nd Earl 's wife, Theodosia, the Lady Liverpool. Additionally, there is a petition from Queen Caroline to George IV, and a draft speech and reply of the Prince Regent to the House of Commons..
