Description | 1. Debts, probate, legacies, and annuities to be paid out of personal property or the sale of personal property if insufficient funds in Treasury at time of decease
2. Jewels: 2a. 'those which The King bought for fifty thousand Pounds in the year [blank] & gave to Me' to be directed as follows: 'in the event of The King my beloved Husband surviving Me and if it shall please the Almighty to relieve Him from the dreadful malady with which He is at present afflicted I give and bequeath to Him the Jewels which His Majesty purchased'. But in case not, to be settled on the House of Hanover 'and considered as an Heir Loom in the direct Line of Succession of that House' 2b. 'those presented to Me by the Nabob of Arcot [Muhammad Ali Khan Wallajah]' to be sold and proceeds (less charges) to divided among the four younger daugthers to share and share alike 2c. 'those purchased by Myself at various periods or being Presents made to Me on Birth days and other occasions' to be divided between the four younger daughters
3. House and grounds at Frogmore and the Shawe Estate to Augusta Sophia - unless the cost of upkeep exceeds income in which case property to be surrendered to the Crown in return for due compensation. Contents of house also to Augusta Sophia
4. The Lower Lodge with appendages and appurtenances in New Windsor - previously purchased of the Duke of St Albans - to Sophia
5. 'Books Plate House Linen China Pictures Drawings Prints all Articles of ornamental Furniture and other Valuables and Personals' to be divided between the four younger daughters
6. Property brought from Mecklenburg-Strelitz as listed in document No1 [missing] to revert to the senior branch of the House
7. Property listed in document No2 [missing] to Elizabeth and Mary 'independent of any Husbands they have or may have' for their sole benefit and use. The Right Honorable Charles George, Lord Arden and Herbert Taylor, Esquire to act as Trustees
