Prince William has spent his time very agreeably in Gibraltar Bay; he has dined several times with General Eliot and has also dined with Don Juan de Langara, the Spanish Commodore.
The Prince has been up to the top of the rock [of Gibraltar, a ridge overlooking the bay] and has seen the troops under the command of Major General de la Motte.
