Description
Prince William asks again for support for the appointment of his friend Mr Winne as Agent Victuallership at Plymouth, as the present possessor of the post is very ill. The Prince is now staying at Winne's house in the country and will return to Plymouth the next Thursday.
He hope George will be able to get him the command of the Channel Station.
