Description
Lord Howe sumbitted Prince William's request to attend the Squadron of Guard Ship assembled for the purpose of exercising the officers and men, and he received the King's commands to allow that. The King also commanded that afterwards Prince William will stay abroad for enough time to extend his local knowledge of the foreign stations.
