Thre Duke informs the Prince of his late arrival at Admiral House - he had been held by the Duke of Gloucester [Prince William Frederick]. The Admiral and Captain Aylmer [Frederick Whitworth, 6th Baron Aylmer] suggested that the Duke of Cambridge [Prince Adolphus] should not embark immediately - so they will wait until the day after.
