Asking to delivered the enclosed letters to the Prince Regent - they concern the necessity for him to decide whether he will embark or not. Other enclosed [letters] to be delivered to Lord Castlereagh - they concern the Duke's marriage and the treaty to be signed between England and Russia.
He will not be able to see the Prince Regent the following Friday since he will meet with the King of France.
