Description
The Duke informs the Colonel that it should be 48 hours before the arrival of the Emperor of Russia and the King of Prussia, but all arrangements have been made to the ship [Impregnable] which will have them on board. He will set off in an hour and plans to have the fleet anchored off Boulogne at a certain point during the night.
