Description
Eight appendices to the Cabinet Committee's Report, giving the details of the proposed three bills for the amendement of the Representation in England, Scotland and Ireland:
1. List of boroughs to be entirely disfranchised;
2. list of boroughs to be deprived of one member [of the two currently representing them in Parliament];
3. boroughs to continue to send two representatives to Parliament;
4. unrepresented towns to return two or one member;
5. return of the population of the unrepresented parts of the Metropolis;
6. counties sending additional members to Parliament;
7. population of the Swansea and Cardiff district of boroughs;
8. present and proposed state of the members of the House of Commons.
It follows a preamble giving further details of the amendment.
