DescriptionThe King complains that, despite telling William to make an application to Colonel [George] Hotham, he is still referring, for that purpose, to Captain Elphinstone [George Keith Elphinstone, 1st Viscount Keith]. He mentions £400 that the Captain [Elphinstone] said he will procure. The plates [see GEO/ADD/4/119] will soon be sent to Plymouth on a wagon.
