The Lord and himself should do all what they can to help the Lord's brother. The Twins [?] will be with at Bersted Lodge [South Bersted, Sussex; home of Susan Smith his sister in law and widow of Thomas Smith of Bersted Lodge].
A few considerations on the present situation in Paris.
William is more endeavoured to do his duty; the Dutchess [Princess Adelaide] and himself look forward to see again Bell and Susan.
