DescriptionFrederick informs Bootle that the two Pelhams [Thomas Pelham-Holles, 1st Duke of Newcastle upon Tyne and his brother, Henry Pelham] decided to attack the Duke of Somerset [Charles Seymour, 6th Duke of Somerset] at Midhurst and they are supported in this by Sir J[ohn] Peachey. Because of this attack there is the chance that Bootle will lose his seat but Frederick is more concerned about the insolence of the Pelhams.
