Description	Thurlow states that the state of the Prince of Wales is so extreme that he must make some changes to avoid disgrace, either a 'public reduction of his establishment' or an application for relief from parliament. Thurlow believes the first will reflect poorly on royalty, as would the second due to the size of the sum, he therefore advises an increase of the Prince's income. He suggests that it is important that George III shows the public that the increase comes from "a Union of Interest and affection". Thurlow suggests 100,000 per annum for the Prince's income. He lays out a provisionary plan for the Prince's budget
