TitlePapers regarding china purchased from R. Owen by George IV
Date18 February 1829-20 December 1830
DescriptionIn 1829 George IV purchased various items from R. Owen, including china, which remained unpaid for at the time of his death. William IV, who was in possession of the china at Windsor Castle, had 'no wish or desire' keep it and it was proposed that Lord Strathavon could purchase the china instead. However it was discovered that the china had already been used and therefore could not be sent to Strathavon.
