Date15 December 1815-26 March 1831
DescriptionGeorge IV had subscribed to Kleist's fund to erect war monuments in europe, which included a monument for George, Prince Regent in Fleurus [Belgium]. The subscription had been paid via the Duke of Brunswick in 1811, and although Kleist had received payment in 1826 he claimed the sum of 48 L., due in 1828, remained unpaid.
