He also mentions that William IV had authorised 'repairs and improvements' to the organ at St. George's, Windsor, for the sum of £210. The letter enclosed the organ builder Mr Bishop's bill [missing], and is annotated in pencil that the account was sent for certification on 21 [July 1835].
