Description	Letter is being carried by Sir Hyde Parker, described as an excellent officer and gentleman. He is uncertain about the future as it seems he will get the command of the Andromeda, but the destination might be altered [i.e. his doctor suggesting that he should not return to the West Indies]. He has received an affectionate letter from his mother, the Queen. He thinks admonitions from their father will come shortly; he thinks him not particulary attached to either of his sons. [If it was not for his father], he would rather be in Bath than Plymouth.
